Account Manager


Messente builds APIs and tools for enterprise messaging and customer authentication. We help our clients send text-based business-critical notifications, reminders, and messages to any mobile phone in the world.

We're looking for someone with good attention to detail, an ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously, and who doesn't shy away from upselling and cross-selling to clients

What you'll be doing?

If you were already working in our account management team, here are some things you would have done over the last few weeks:

  • stayed on top of some of our key accounts and analyzed their statistics to offer advice
  • actively sought out upsell opportunities and organized meetings with clients
  • juggled between many new and exciting high-pressure situations
  • helped solve complex issues that inevitably come up with messaging

You’ll be thriving in this role if you:

  • are able to independently analyze the needs of clients
  • take the lead role in building business cases 
  • are not afraid to sell
  • have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • have good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • are able to work well in a team
  • have good networking skills to forge strong partnerships
  • are based in Estonia and eligible to work here
