What will you be doing?

If you're passionate about forging connections with individuals and not just organisations, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. As an Account Executive at Messente, you will be part of our Revenue team and:

  • Take full ownership of the sales process, from prospecting leads to managing technical implementation, ensuring post-sales success, and at times – meeting customers at faraway corners of the earth.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients by understanding their challenges, spotting growth opportunities, managing risks, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Interact with internal teams, including Support, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, Legal, Product Development, prioritising a team-oriented approach.
  • Work diligently towards achieving business growth targets.

You’ll be thriving in this role if you:

Must haves

  • 2+ years of international B2B sales experience, with a focus on consultative or solution sales.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales – from designing a value-based sale that drives business impact to building mutual action plans that customers follow through with – and everything in-between.
  • Exceptional communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and understand deep-seated customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-assured and reliable, with a customer-centric problem-solving approach.
  • Based in Estonia.
  • As the team works together in the office, ideally you’d be able to come to the office in Tallinn 2-3x a week (we are located in Telliskivi). That being said, we aim to be flexible.

Nice to haves

  • A well-established network within financial services, logistics, identity verification, or in a similar field.
  • You’re excited about tech, innovation, and improving efficiency.
  •  Additional language skills.
