Business Development Manager


Messente builds APIs and tools for an enterprise messaging and customer authentication. We help our clients send text-based business-critical notifications, reminders, and messages to any mobile phone in the world.

We're looking for someone who loves the sales process, who gets things done, and can manage many parallel deals without getting lost in the pipeline.

About the job

As a critical growth engine, the new business team is responsible for building long-term relationships by educating and consulting with clients directly. Your knowledge of B2B sales combined with communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing clients stick with Messente.


  • Own end-to-end sales process by driving customer outreach, sales calls, technical implementation, and post-sales success.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients by understanding their pain-points, identifying opportunities for new growth, managing risks, and building relationships with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate directly with Messente’s Connectivity team, Customer Support, and Account Management to deliver outstanding customer sales experience.
  • Work towards periodical business growth goals.
