  • Unearth valuable insights from our customers to streamline our self-serve product line, helping small businesses send messages across the globe
  • Roll up your sleeves to make sure our processes are as efficient as possible
  • Work on building strong relationships with customers
  • Assist new users in the process of setting up their accounts and ensuring their verification
  • Conduct sales calls for qualified leads and orchestrate seamless onboarding for new users/accounts
  • Keep an eye on account usage, seize upsell opportunities and deal with problems around drop-offs

You’ll be thriving in this role if you:

  • Have been in a customer success (or a similar) role in a SaaS company before (plus points if it’s been in a smaller company or in a startup)
  • Have a proven track record of building up and/or improving customer success processes before. Years of experience is not so important to us, we are more interested in seeing the real value you’ve created
  • Have a strong interest in clients and understanding their businesses. You take pride in the relationships you build
  • Are proactive and always keep an eye out for places to improve the journey for customers
  • Focus on details
  • Happily roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Are an excellent communicator both in verbal and written English
