Messente builds APIs and tools for an enterprise messaging and customer authentication. We help our clients send text-based business-critical notifications, reminders and messages to any mobile phone in the world.

What will you be doing?

Messente's messaging platform is connected to all mobile networks in the world. Our clients are based mainly in Europe and include web applications, banks, hotels, airlines, retail chains, consumer brands and other businesses coming from a wide range of industries.

Sometimes they have a question or two and this is where you come into play. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to put customers first and is eager to help them out.

You’ll be thriving in this role if you:

  • have some previous customer support experience and feel comfortable in mastering customer interaction
  • want to stand for superb customer experience and would like to improve processes constantly
  • are tech-savvy and willing to learn fast to have a good grasp of our business
  • have strong attention to detail and know how to plan your time and focus
  • are fluent in English
  • are based in Estonia and eligible to work here
