Flexible and transparent pricing

Messente's pricing consists of 2 aspects: 1) 3rd party message fees; 2) Messente subscription.

The Messente subscription is based on volume of messages sent, and regions. This subscription gives the customer access to Messente's platform, team, customer onborading, support, and a lot more. This is the price which guarantees you the low 3rd party message costs, and a platform that guarantees that these messages go out.

You also have the opportunity to have value-added services, such as Support packages to your plan, that might benefit your company in the long run. 

WhatsApp and Viber prices are dependent on how the carrier (Meta or Rakuten) prices them. The exact prices are available from your account manager. These prices are also accompanied by the Messente Subscription cost.

Essential Assistance support package is included in the Messente Subscription. If your needs are not covered by the Essential Assistance level of support then we recommend talking to your Account Manager to get a more inclusive support plan.
