Messente offers 3 channels: SMS, WhatsApp and Viber, all with one simple API setup. This helps us guarantee that you can get in touch with your customers in the channels they're active in.

The main difference comes from WhatsApp/Viber having the possibility to send our rich content (pictures, videos, buttons), longer format text, and at times cheaper price. This means that your customers have to be active in the said channel. If they are not, then we offer a way to enable fallbacks to SMS to make sure the messages get delivered! 

It’s always best practice to let your users know that you’ll send a message to their phone. We advise our customers to gather consent during the sign-up process, and to make it clear how you’ll use the user’s phone number.

We have a 3rd party message costs that are some of the lowest on the market. Next to it, we charge for a Messente subscription fee that includes basic support, all platform costs, onboarding, account management and a lot more. Comparing us to other similar platforms on the market then we're offering one of the lowest prices on the market for the service that you get.
