About the role
Messente builds the invisible network behind text messages – the SMS APIs, 2FA codes and notifications that companies send to millions of people who never think about how they arrived. Marketing's job is to make that genuinely interesting. So is yours.
As a social media intern, you'll help make short content videos, then turn them into an article, a handful of clips, social media posts or a piece of the newsletter. One idea, many shapes.
We don't have a finished social media playbook yet, and that's deliberate. We want someone with opinions about what we should be making and where it should run – not someone waiting for a brief. You'll get structure, weekly feedback, and genuine ownership of the channels.
This is a strong fit for someone early in a marketing career who wants to finish the internship with a real body of published work behind them.
Location: Tallinn, Estonia
Type: Part-time (0.5 FTE).
What you’ll learn
B2B tech marketing is a good career that almost nobody teaches you at university. Here you'll pick up:
How to explain a technical product to people who aren't technical – the single most useful skill in this industry.
What makes a business audience actually watch, click and subscribe
How content connects to revenue, and why some marketing gets funded and some quietly doesn't.
How a small team decides what to make and, more importantly, what to ignore.
How to read your own numbers and change your mind because of them.
You'll leave with published work that has your name on it and a real feel for how a business runs. That combination is rare in a junior CV.
What you'll do
Make videos. Pitch topics, write scripts for short pieces, and cut the vertical clips yourself. When something needs heavier editing, you brief the video editor and keep it moving.
Write. Articles, posts, captions, and the monthly product newsletter.
Package and publish. Thumbnails, carousels and simple graphics in Canva.
Have opinions. Bring a campaign idea and pitch it.
Today that work lands on YouTube, our blog, LinkedIn, the newsletter and Instagram. That mix can change in time, but the base will stay on social channels.
You'll fit if
You write well in English: clearly and briefly.
You can cut a decent 15-30 seconds of video. CapCut, Premiere, whatever you like.
You have something to show us. A channel, an account, a blog, a course project.
You're curious about why a few things get watched, and most don't.
You can keep several half-finished things moving without dropping one.
Bonus points for Canva or Figma skills, Estonian, or any brush with B2B and SaaS.
You don't need years of experience for this one. It's an internship, and we'll teach you the rest.

- Friendly, low-ego team that values directness, curiosity, and doing good work.
- A free gym in the office; team events and yearly health packages

How to apply
- Send your CV and LinkedIn to career@messente.com, and answer three things:
- Show us something you've made and tell us why you made it that way.
- Pick any product you find interesting and pitch a short video idea about it. Include the idea for the topic, hook, and why you think it would work. A few sentences is plenty.
- To prove you’ve read this far, put the word reel in your subject line.
We'll be quick and clear with you throughout - timely feedback and next steps. If it looks like a match, we'll invite you in to meet the team.
