Failed to deliver SMS to handset
ERROR 001
Messente was unable to deliver the message. Usually the reasons for the failed messages are:
- Invalid number format
- Operator-side error
- Phone switched off
- Signalling issues
- Deactivated or unallocated number
When the message fails with the
err=002 you can try again after a few hours. There are some temporary issues
that might cause the message to fail to deliver on the first attempt.
